• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (fees calculated at checkout)

• In-Store Pickup: Free! Pick up your order at our Kossa Salon & Beauty location. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for pickup.

Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Kossa Salon & Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. Kossa Salon & Beauty is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, risk of loss passes to the customer. Kossa Salon & Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
